Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out how you may use the dwph.shop store. By using the Store you agree to it. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

You must not

• use the Store for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, or to place orders you do not intend to pay for;
• use stolen, unauthorised or fraudulent payment details;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Store, its servers or any connected systems;
• introduce malware, attempt to overload or disrupt the Store, or scrape it at scale without permission;
• infringe our intellectual property or that of others;
• resell our products in a way that misrepresents them or makes claims we do not make (including any savings claims).

Fair use of content

Product descriptions, images and copy are provided for your personal use in deciding whether to buy. You may not republish them commercially without our written permission.

Suspension

We may suspend or refuse access, or cancel orders, where we reasonably believe this policy has been breached.
